Need help to start again

I need to lose weight, I want to lose a stone and half for xmas, I start the week with a positive attitude but then it goes downhill, as for the gym I start work at 7 means I'm on the go from 5.45, I work about 10hours a day n im ever home to late so the last thing I want to do is go to gym, has anyone any tips. I did try taking the kit to work but when ur on the go on ur feet all day the last thin u want to do is gym it, any advise greatly welcomed :)
