what exactually does this mean? What is the difference between BMI and body fat?
I have lost 0.9 BMI and 4.8 body fat but I don't understand what they are ?

BMI is body mass index. It's a tool for looking at the average weights of large populations for determining obesity statistics. As a rule, it is innaccurate for individuals and should probably be ignored. Body fat, assuming you are refering to body fat percentage, is simply the weight of fat compared to your total weight. Conversely, lean body mass is your non-fat weight (muscles, bone, organs, etc.) compared to your total weight. You can look online or through the archives for guides to what body fat percentages should be, since they vary by age and gender.0
