Help! Brick wall

Starting to hit my brick wall, 4 weeks in any one any good tips? Also any good movitation tips?

Weigh in is on tomorrow i do it tomorrow at the same time each week and if I haven't lost I will be heartbroken as I've been so good,

I've been reading so many comments about people losing so much weight in 3-4weeks I've lost 8lbs so far but when my sister told me yesterday shed lost 12lbs in 2 weeks it's dampened my journey :(

I don't want to give up but I'm actually thinking why am I bothering

    Stop comparing yourself to other people. 8 pounds is the size of a slightly larger than average infant. You lost a tiny person! That's something to be proud of.

    I think everyone loses at different rates, the important thing is that you're losing! 8lb in 4 weeks is AMAZING! Keep going as you are and you'll reach your goals before you know it xx

    You made the choice, take a chance and stick with it, the changes are already coming and they will continue :)
