It's a really big squash, I don't know the right way of explaining it haha. But I think it is soo yummy and have it constantly. It's baked, cut in half, and with a fork you can easily create noodles by scraping the insides. Definitely recommended:)

I've been noticing this too and I also have been doing intense workouts! My cycle is also about every three weeks now:( I made an appointment with my doctor though just in case

You looks amazing! This is such a beautiful transformation and is a huge inspiration to me. I also believe you're one of the few that I know that has kept their New Year's Resolution goals, and that is fantastic! I'm guessing that's when it started at least. Keep it up shrinking girl:)

As far as fruits, you should SLIGHTLY ignore it! They still count unfortunately but they aren't nearly as bad as refined sugars. Cranberries are a low sugar fruit snack that maybe you should try! I try to stay at less than 30g a day but yes, fruit has a ridiculous amount and that is mainly where all my sugar is also.…

Haha how cute! This made me laugh. But you pretty much listed all of the extra calorie burning things that I do as well. I also do squats while brushing my teeth, jumping jacks while waiting for my nail color to dry, and like Susie, I do kitchen counter pushups (my favorite) :)
