Great goal! I was thinking 5 by Thanksgiving, so 10 by Christmas to doable! I would love to go to a Christmas party and be able to say I've lost 30 pounds this fall!!0

I'm in! I started last week and am on a mission as well. People think I am nuts because we are going into the worst time of year for food, and they aren't real supportive so I really want to prove them wrong!
