Same! I get bored really fast on the treadmill and am constantly looking to see how long it’s been. The park I usually go to to walk/jog always has stuff to look at and keep me entertained...people, birds, frogs, etc.

W3D3 done. I have off work today so woke up and just got it done. Ran flat today which was a nice change.

i wouldn't call losing 1lb/wk plateauing. Keep it up.

The place I run has some gradual inclines. I try and time them so I can walk up the big(ish) hill lol. I think once I hit week 4/5 I'll want to switch my location to a flat run. Great work, keep it up!

W3D2 done after 3 days of no exercise. It was raining and I was grumpy lol! Back at it today and it felt great. Almost easy but not TOO easy. I’m ready for W3D3 but not so sure about W4D1! I also wore a new pair of sneakers today for my run (ok, jog). I didn’t hate them.

I was down to 156 but haven’t exercised for 3 days and haven’t been eating great so am OK with just .2 loss. I needed a break but am now ready to get back at it.

Sounds like everyone is doing great! I hadn’t run since April 20th. My hip bursitis was flaring up pretty badly, I went on vacation for 5 days, and then I was sick when I got home. I ended up missing the fun run 5k w/ dogs last weekend since I was sick so that was a bummer!! Anyway! I’m all better now and woke up this AM…

4/30- 49 min walk New total: 18 hr Technically I didn’t complete 24 hours due to my vacation...but Thursday-Sunday I walked over 66,000 steps. I just don’t know how to record that in time. Still happy with my finish :)

@pratainua nice work! Great idea to keep repeating...no rush! Finished W2D3 and added a little extra since I’m not sure when I’ll be able to start week 3 my schedule is a little funky the next week.
