    I hate the treadmill! I can handle maybe 5 minutes before I lose my mind. I pretty much do anything else before I go on it.

    Same! I get bored really fast on the treadmill and am constantly looking to see how long it’s been. The park I usually go to to walk/jog always has stuff to look at and keep me entertained...people, birds, frogs, etc.

    Wow six months ago I needed a break during my lessons every 10 min. Today I rode an entire 30 min lesson with no break. Amazing.

    I doubt I’ll hit the 24 hr goal :( I’ve taken more days off than I’ve needed and I haven’t been eating great either. Weight is still ok and I’m getting more fit but I’ve not given May all I’ve got!
