Happy with this week. I was down to 156 but haven’t exercised for 3 days and haven’t been eating great so am OK with just .2 loss. I needed a break but am now ready to get back at it.

Well, as expected the losing has slowed down. Gonna try switching up my workouts a bit to see if I can do better. I havent measured but all of my clothes are feeling loose. Now I need to go shopping to get clothes that fit. 🤣😋

Not as much as I would like... but still headed in the right direction. I had to stop doing elliptical for a while as my rosacea started getting really bad from over heating.
Any suggestions of workouts I can do at home with limited right arm mobility would be greatly appreciated.5 -
