  • I’m still here. Technically on W4D1 but last night I just felt it and wanted to just go and blow off some steam so I turned off my C25K app, cranked up the music and just ran. Ended up jogging an entire mile (11:01) then walked it off and went home. Much needed and now W4D1 should be easy peasy. I hope lol.
