    I'm a little late to this show but I've been logging in and tracking my food and exercise so I'm ready. I'm headed to Vegas on July 7th so I'm hoping to be down to 166 by then. I know I'm not weighing on the same date as everyone else and I hope that's ok. I always weigh in on Sundays so I am going to stick with that. Good luck everyone!

    I did four days of water aerobics. I definitely need to be more mindful of calorie intake. I need to journal seven days out of the week and increase exercise to five days out of the week.

    A little late, but I need some motivation! Gained more then 10lbs from depression on top of my initial weight gain and have been trying to take back control of my life! Let’s do this!!!

    Starting the month on a positive note, I am finally in 120’s
    June 7: 128.6
    I am not actively trying to loose weight at this point but trying not to gain. Very slight loss, which goes up and down during the week. I am being still mindful of how much I eat. I have changed my goal for 126 to 127.
    This month I will see if mainting this weight Is something I can do.
