May was not my best month. Every weekend we had something going on and tons of food and alcohol. We also took our week long family vaca so I pretty much maintained, which was not my goal. Really wanting to get in the low 140's this month.

Each week I hit a new lower number which wouldn't have been possible weeks ago, started eating strawberries and raspberries again, low in cal's, but I'm aware the natural sugars do make me crave more foods more quickly, plus side I can now fit in my normal bras, back fat has shrunk! After a year in sports crop tops, don't give up we'll all get there😀😀6 -

It was a bit of a roller coaster this week weight wise. I need to work on cutting down on sodium intensive foods. But, it's the last four weeks of school (I'm a teacher) so I'm happy to see any downward movement! And I've been working hard on adding more running, walking and hiking. I can feel myself getting stronger!5 -

When I originally started losing weight, my goal was 129. Then it changed to 125. Now I bumped it to 123. I am basically at an ideal weight, but really need to drop more body fat and gain muscle. I guess this is a weird transition, to not focus on the scale but on building muscle and gaining the "right kind of weight". I dont really know where to go from here. I like the accountability of checking in still.

I'm a little late to this show but I've been logging in and tracking my food and exercise so I'm ready. I'm headed to Vegas on July 7th so I'm hoping to be down to 166 by then.
