Protein is good... especially if you are doing any kind of strength training... it helps you to stay full longer and build muscle... muscle burns more calories than fat.. so you should be golden

Have you tried the PB2 Peanut Butter... it's really tasty and only 45 calories for 2tbs.... it's a powdered PB you have to mix water with it.... I like it a lot and use it instead of the normal all natural PB

Pizza.... it's one of those foods that I just love and eat it when I'm not hungry... so pizza is off limits... I'm fine with sweets, sodas, cracker, chips just not pizza... it sucks too

chugging about 16oz of water usually does the trick for me... if after that I still have the munchies then I usually will grab a handful of almonds
