Hi, I'm 5 foot nothing. LOL. My starting weight was 131.5 and my current weight is 123.2 and I would like to get to 118. I was down to 121.6 until I went to Orlando for my vacation and put on 1.5lbs. So I joined the lose 5lbs in May challenge to hopefully motivate me to get to my goal before the summer.:smile:

I've worked out so far this month for a total of 28:03:34 hrs, a total of 24 workout sessions! Burned 10,313 calories. I post my sessions on the polarpersonaltrainer.com from using my polar F4. It's a heart rate monitor. Tks, great cha Lenge

Hi I've done both programs , p90x at home and les mills pump at the gym. They are both great! Tough choice. I just checked my polar training, where I log all my exercises and calories burned with my heart rate from my polar f4 and I have 16.5 hrs log so far for this month. I should be able to make the 24 mark. Thanks

So I changed my goals in MFP to 1725 calories, Carb 40, Protein 30, Fat 30 and Fiber 30, changed my exercise to 2200 weekly 5 days a week. When your eating back. Those calories, does it matter what your eating! Should I be eating certain things

Ok so daily I eat 1700 calories, if I workout and burn more than 400 I should eat back those 400 calories for a total of 2100.
