If you know that you will be consuming extra calories from drinks then make sure you hit the gym extra hard before you have some drinks. You…

I started in Sept 2008 when I really started trying at 240 pounds. I got down to 164 by January of 2009... I slowly gained back 21 pounds. In dec 2010, I decided to start journaling again and I struggled. In March 2011, I refocused and have since lost 15 pounds and 16 since total since December. I even have my mom doing it…

I looked at your sodium intake.. I think it was Monday which was over 6000 mg . I checked back until april 29th and you are usually over 3000 mg. You need to lower that to around 2400mg a days. That is the only advice that I have.

How much weight have you lost already? You could be at a plateau which I got before every 10lbs and then all the sudden the weight would drop again. About two yrs ago, I was working out 7 days a week but after about 6 months I fell out and couldnt keep up with it. Is your sodium high? Could be retaining water? Are you…
