Elliptical Machines

Ok so I've been working on the C25K, but using my elliptical machine to do it. I know I can't compare the distance to that from lets say a treadmill, but what would a good 1 mile time be for on an elliptical? I'm having a hard time finding any information on this and want to know if I'm close to a good pace or if I need to push myself more.

Depends on your incline and resistance... I would just do it and work on getting a better time each time.

Of yes of course. Forgot about that. I can adjust mine, but currently have it all on the lowest incline and resistance to ease back into it all

I'm very religious about doing my 45 minutes on the elliptical every day and sometimes I've done stretches of twice a day. But I took a two mile run recently and my legs were sore for a few days. Running is NOT the same thing as elliptical. I'm sure everyone is aware of that but I was painfully reminded of that. Make sure you mix in some running along with the great cardio you get on the elliptical.

Well I do 6k in 30 minutes at level 12 on the random intensity mode.
