All I want to do is RUN

I am addicted! Not that I am that great at it yet,but I love it. I usually only have time for a 10-15 minute run at the gym,but sometimes I want to skip the rest of my workout and just run for the whole hour.
I love the feeling I get from it. I am going to try to incorporate more running time into my schedule.
I am really close to my goal,so I am trying to focus more on strength training.
Anyone know if it would be okay to alternate and running and strength training days at the gym?

I love running also just double up if you can that way you can run more. I try to go to the gym twice a day just so I can get a nice burn from cardio. Also I do alternate between strength and cardio but for the most part I try to do both of them just strength in the morning and running at night.0

I had a plan made up for me at the gym and that was a strength day and a cardio day to alternate. So I say yes!0

I say yes. It's good for your body to rest between, even in that rest is a different workout. I do my C25K M,W, and F and Curves T, TH and Sat. Sunday being my only day off.0

Trying something new today. looked it up last night, my gym is 3.5 miles from house. Going to try running to gym, do strength training and then run back home! I also would rather run than anything else right now, but I got bit by the running outdoor bug, treadmill is boring to me now that I had a taste of running out in the real world LOL0

I also love running, but run outdoors, 4 times a weeks, for up to 45 mins weekday (route planned, 3.8/4 miles) and on Saturdays up to one hour (8/9 miles). Also do strength 3 times a weeks, so I'll say yes, go for it! you're doing fantastically well!0
