Finally got mine to show up. I'm on a desktop. If you go to the Apps tab and then hit clicker, there's a box to check to make your ticker public. I clicked it, went back to my page and the ticker was actually there. Not sure about mobile though.

I don't know if you have a Trader Joe's near you but I love their cauliflower gnocchi. I just mix it with a protein and mushrooms and its less than 400 calories. You can mix it with anything though and it's a low calorie, hearty base.

Funny, because I just bought Walden Farms zero cal ranch dressing last night and just can't believe I found it. I had no clue they had other products! I agree with Hana... in small quantities I don't see the problem - bring it on!

Hahaha, well if you look at my food diary, my whole dinner last night was alcohol! Not condoning this though, I know I have to do better. Vodka & crystal light sounds like a good mai tai alternative, but I doubt the bar will have that. And do people really mix vodka with pop (soft drink, soda, whatever)?

I'm actually more of a 3 cold beers after a long days work kind of girl, with the occasional crazy night here and there. Facts & statistics confuse me, yet scare the hell out of me too, so I think cutting back is the way to go!

I lost 30 in a year on ww, but have about 15 more I'd like to lose for free! I've apparently been signed on to this site/app for a couple years, but I only started using it for real yesterday. So please, feel free to add me (anybody!), I could use the support and motivation and am pretty supportive too, if I don't say so…
