love it! had nerve damage ended up with a numb left leg(entire leg). 3 months no improvement then found ART - 2x a week for about 6 wks. Pain reduced greatly and improved feeling in that time frame! 90% improvement. Still deal with minor numbness in left little toe.

I just started eating according to my tdee/bmr January 1st. 1500-1700 calories a day. So eating about 300-500 more calories a day. My tdee is 2120. I plan on weighing in q 10 days. Losing weight at a painful rate. 1-2 lbs every 2 months. Just made the decision to eat more. Read about TDEE. So now eating based on TDEE/BMR. Its been 10 days. I won't weight til 15th. Actually eating about 400-500 calories more a day. See what happens!!:noway:

5'2 goal 132 - so I can bounce between that and 135! I have never been at that weight as an adult. I never look what I weigh. So at 132 I should look pretty skinny!! :bigsmile:

Try focusing on eating healthy and not on losing weight. For most merely eating better results in weight loss. Make small changes each week. Aim for reduced calories but don't obsess if you go over the alloted amount. IF you find you are not losing weight after 6wks (6-10lbs) than revamp.

all the above!!! And what I do for clients as massage therapist is strip out the calves. And massage the achilles tendon. Lay face down and have someone press thumb into calf, slide up from ankle to knee(repeat several times over entire calf). Its painful, but effective! massage achilles between thumb and pointer finger.…

You are a great example! 15 months absoutely amazing! Wish you success with your maintenance. When i think of weight loss i think of it as 1/2 the battle. The other 1/2 successfully keeping the weight off! From yiur words it seeems you are on the track to a long lasting success! Superb and u look fab!
