  • My advice is to plan regular snacks in your diet. I rarely feel "famished" but when I do its usually because its been too long since I've eaten or right after a hard workout.   • I'd like to be able to wear my jeans that are size 15. I tried them on last week and I can get them buttoned finally but they are still a bit too tight to actually wear. I was at an 18 pushing size 20 and now I'm starting to fit back into my size 16-17 so a few more pounds and I should be in those 15s!

  • I lost 2 lbs the first week I started. Everyone loses differently though. For me, I tend to stay the same weight for several days up to over a week, then I suddenly lose 2 lbs. Who knows why. Lol Just keep at it and that scales bound to move eventually!!
