nice! I'm about to do lvl 1 day 6... but i've gained a few pounds back O_O tho it's TOTM... which I never noticed a gain before. But I've noticed a difference in my endurance already. I'm excited to see my results after lvl 3. Cheers to all working our butts off =D

I cut up half an apple, chop up two medium celery stalks and mix it with the yogurt. I eat this sometimes for breakfast *Also spread on whole grain/wheat toast, top it with some crushed pistachios then drizzle with a little honey. Yummers!

I make my oatmeal without milk... says you can use water or milk. Adding milk just adds calories when I can put something else in my oatmeal like fruit. We usually don't drink that much milk anyways if I buy a gallon it goes bad before we finish it sometimes. I'd rather get my calcium from cheese anyway. I also have my…
