i pretty much cut soda out of my diet. I have been replacing it with sparkling flavored water, like lemon lime. The first few times I had it it was alright, just flavor no sugar. I think it's pretty tasty now and cuts my calorie intake ^_^

it's my goal to work out every weekday for 30-60 mins. I've been slacking the last week though >_< I'm really not into exercising so it's a little tough sometimes, my husband has been trying his best to keep me on track by reminding me.

wow... my husband is in full support even though he is happy with the way I am now. But since I've told him that I am not happy with my weight and how I look he is doing his best. He reminds me to work out, reminds me of foods that aren't that great for me and has let me fill the kitchen with pretty much only healthy types…

eating too much fruit could lead to having too much sugar in your system. try having your mom or you chop up veggies small enough to hide them in your food. or spices that make them tastier for you.

Losing 1 - 2 lbs a week is great! Try to count the calories you eat. If you eat too little I think it's bad for you and eating too much is bad too. I love rice and soy sauce.
