I am not a big fan of water either. I did find that I like it a lil better if I drink it in a tall glass with a straw, and sip it all day. I have one of those clear glasses with a lid, and straw so I can see how much I drank. Usually about 4 of those will fill my required 8 glasses I need. Plus I use water in the jugs, not…

I have the first one, bought it used at gamestop. I wish I woulda bought the second one, because it calculates your calories burned. I have found a site http://www.zumbacalories.com/ that will help you do the calorie count., Other than that.. its fun, I just make up moves becuase I am still learning

I agree with everyone else.. water gain. Just pick yourself up off the floor and keep on going. You will see a loss next week or your next weigh in. My doctor told me toss the scale, let your clothes let you know how your doing.
