camera shy

I was just looking over the success pictures in the community, wow everyone looks great.

My question would be how do you get the fear out of you and finally take a before picture?

Why not just take a picture and don't even look at it? Just keep it on your camera and only look back when you've taken your 2 month update picture. See the difference then.

I assure you, you'll be f*ckin amazed at how motivating a side-by-side can be if you stick to your plan.

It really is a great idea....and you know you don't have to put on a bathing suit or anything....Sometimes that helps also...But it is so true that if you are working hard at it you will see the difference, just give it a little time.
