I finished week 2 day 1 today and it wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be! The last 2 jogging sessions were a little rough but not as bad as week 1 day 1.

I started the C25K program by active this week. And I am doing with a group of people who started at around the same time which I have found helpful and it i really enjoy hearing about other people experiences. Day 1 and Day 2 down! I did day 1 yesterday and did not bring enough water. I did day 2 before work this morning and it was actually a lot easier than day 2. It seemed to go by faster and the extra water helped.
