Go to the gym. Just eat the 300 left and don't eat the calories back from the exercise unless until you are starving 30mins post work out. Definitely would suggest going to the gym.:)

I don't know what Asada is, but usually I pick either the generic or homemade nada under the drop down box in the menu that gives close results to the real one. The calories for one naan is usually around 250 calories. Hope this helps!!

Its the sauce that is the culprit. It has heavy cream, cashew nut paste(sometimes) and oil which comes to approximately 450calories per serving. I love it!! Yumm...Once in a while though...:)

As strength training in cardio. I still log it under strength training too. When you go to exercise database in MFP and enter your weight and exercise time, it approximately tells you how many calories burnt, if your HRM tell you calories burnt, even better.

I LOVE Avocado's and nuts. I was eating and I was asking in post that I started yesterday and someone said that I was eating too much fat, they said it doesn't matter if it is good. I thought that I could eat good fat and am OK but after reading their post I am reconsidering eating whole avocado's or 1oz of nuts the same…

Thank you for the information <kleighsamboer>, it makes sense, I guess I have eat only 1/4 of Avocado instead of gobbling it up:). I will try it and see. I work you 5 days a week, both strength training and Cardio, hopefully this will help. appreciate your help. Can I add you as my friend??:)

I thought I did eat good fat and so was not so worried about it. I ate avocado and almonds which consumed most of my fat calories. I have just 1 cup of coffee everyday and that is it. I CANNOT give that up. I don't drink soda's or juices, when I say I drink 10cups of water it is only water.
