Gym or no gym

I'm stuck on what to do, I'd fully intended on going to the gym tonight, but I've eaten my food for today and still have 300 calories left to eat, so if I go work out that'll just increase. Do I work out anyway and have a snack after (will still be way below calorie goal) or do I not work out? I feel like it would be dumb not to go to the gym...

If you planned on going to the gym you ought to go. It's not absolutely mandatory you eat every single one of your calories every day And who knows, maybe if you don't go you'll get a case of the late night munchies and won't have the calories to accommodate it! Hehe0

Go to the gym You will be glad you did.0

Top up your calories to your minimum and try to stay consistent on that. Just don't eat back your exercise calories.0

That means eating at least another 700 calories just to be at my minimum. It's 7.35pm and I'd only intended on having a snack later (178 calories). I'd have toast & peanut butter with it if I went to the gym too so that I could up my calories a bit, but I know I'd still be under. I don't think I should force feed myself, right? As long as this doesn't become a habit of having a low net.0 -
I'm sure one day of being under your calorie goal wouldn't hurt too much you'll enjoy yourself at the gym and will feel better for it xox0

Gym. I REALLY don't want to go tonight but I will anyway. Even if for a 30 minutes small cardio session!0

One day of under-eating will not cause you any problems. Go to the gym and enjoy yourself!0

Go to the gym. Just eat the 300 left and don't eat the calories back from the exercise unless until you are starving 30mins post work out. Definitely would suggest going to the gym.:)0

Thanks for all the replies guys, you're all great! I'm in my gym gear and heading out the door in a minute, jumping right back into c25k tonight, gonna start with week 4 and see how I get on, I'm hoping it'll be easy enough to get back into .
Planning on having a toasted banana with peanut butter for my snack after, yum yum yum!0 -
You'll ace it easily and toasted banana and peanut butter sounds delicious I'm gonna have to try it myself.0
