Thanks. Will try it. By the way, do you have suggestions for travel? We seem to be away from home more often than not which makes weighing and measuring more challenging. I'm already concerned about the cruddy food choices offered near my son's school this weekend. Perhaps that is the bigger issue...

I have been using it, but probably not as consistently as I should. It just seems to come off when I don't exercise. I have heard muscle holds water and I have always been kind of a sponge in the fluid retention department.

I think I opened my journal. It kind of varies, but I am generally under my goal. I do wonder if I have hit one of those dreaded plateaus. I had lost more weight and this may be where I was stuck before. I am definitely more toned and my clothes are looser.

I would really like to do it. I would like to participate in a 5k which is next month in Newtown Ct. I'm not supposed to run, but I figure I can put up with some pain; it will be nothing compared to what they have gone through.
