I read this article and it made a lot of sense. Not having enough carbs may be the culprit. I just increased my protein last week per my trainer but have been restricting carbs like pasta, white rice, and bread. I am for certain a carb craver. I might have to rethink my diet

I've been wondering the same thing! I don't have a HRM right now and figured that the MFP cal for the Elliptical was high. I usually leave a couple hundred cals uneaten just in case.

Do you have Wii boxing? Do that for at least 30 minutes (or longer). You could even get the kids involved.

I've lost 20 pounds total and my clothes are getting pretty baggy. I am not going to buy a new wardrobe until I meet my goal. Until then I'll go to the thrift stores.

My mother in law disowned my husband when he married me lol I guess it really bothered her that I had boundaries and wouldn't let her control me. It makes me sad that he was put in the middle but it is what it is.

I know that feeling. Last fall I was in the grocery store and had to bend over to get something off a lower shelf. As I did this a few high school boys walked by and Moo'd.
