  • Hi, I'm brand new as of yesterday. I want to take your challenge of losing 4% of my start weight by end of April. (even though I started late, I'll give it a try.)

    I did the math, and if I lost four percent of my total weight, I would actually be at my ideal, perfect weight.

    My weight lost so far I think is solely due to getting back on track and counting my calories, keeping up with the site, etc. Just being aware of my calories seems to be enough to help me lose weight. (Yes, I know, two pounds isn't a lot, but it's two out of ten, maybe fifteen, so it's a lot to me).

    Week #2 not so good, back to where I started, ughhh! Also I am weighing early due to my work schedule ( I work night shifts all weekend) and it just throws off my weight for a good day.

    Week #1 : 1.9lbs /182.9lbs *100= 1.03% (April 6)
    Week #2 : +1.8 lbs /182.9 * 100 = +0.9% (April 13th)

    Ok, not completely back to where I started but far enough. I need to get back in the game or my hubby will weigh less than me.

    NAILED IT!!!!! Weighed in today at 238.5. That's a ten pound weight loss and my goal was 9.94 pounds. Wonder how far I can go? Another five? Maybe. . . . . Let's see what happens. Talk about MOTIVATION!!!
