Good luck with everything...intermittent fasting has worked wonders for me...I looked at videos on YouTube to educate myself before I started. You will get hungry during the fasted state but it comes and goes pretty quick if you drink water and ignore it. Give it a try...its so easy!!! <3

This may sound crazy but I met a woman that shaved her face every day like a man and she didn't have any...i mean any wrinkles. Have you looked at a mans face where he shaves...no wrinkles. I personally couldn't do it now...but give me 10 more years I may be thinking about it then...lol.

I saw somewhere that antler velvet and msm soap and supplements work very well for repairing your skin.

That's funny but no...not yet. Lol...

Congratulation...thanks for sharing that story!!!

If time is a factor then high intensity is best. When your heart rate is high during your workouts you are really conditioning your heart to work better...cardiovascular health...and you are burning more sugars then fat. Lower intensity burning more fat. So...if I were you I'd just mix up my days with high and low…

I take 1 tbsp. And add it to a 16 oz. bottle of water...let it sit for 10 mi.. And then drink. I'm sure there are other ways to eat them but this is just what I've been doing. Oh...and have another bottle of water handy...i like to keep adding water helps me keep drinking so I don't notice the texture...:drinker:

And if I'm really good and I'm going out with friends and I know I'm going to eat' bad' I drink beer instead of hard liquor...you can sip on a beer so it last longer. And I'll have hot wings with no ranch or blue cheese or fries...just wings. Since it's no carbs...i think it's better for you as your cheat. Oh...drink lots…

I don't have a full cheat day anymore. Just a cheat meal...lets say I know I'm eating pancakes for breakfast then I'll east a really light dinner the night before. If I know I'm eating out that night then I eat really healthy during the day. it's really a balancing act...and once you learn how your body work your weight…

I would add almonds, walnuts, small salads with meals, granola, fruit along with your cereal. I notice I lose more if I snack between meals.

Get some...they are a little weird looking and the texture is unusaul but it is worth the benefits.

I totally agree...i never posted comments on fb and on here I'm different. Mfp is the best 'social' / lifestyle media site...and I don't work for them...lol. I tell everyone I meet about it.

My suggestion is to change your milk chocolate to dark...eat more of your daily calories before 4 pm any thing after 4 should only be dinner (during the week)...change your ground beef to ground turkey...keep snacks at least between 100 to 150 calories. I'm no expert but I think this would help you.

You are such an inspiration and your story is so true...the all or nothing stigma that I had also about 'dieting'... So not true. Fall off...get back on...keep moving ahead is what we all have to remember. Rome wasn't built in a day...Moma Lisa wasn't painted in a Week (i don't think)...my point is don't rush...slow and…
