After a rubbish few weeks I have sat down and wrote down some meal ideas before food shopping tomorrow. What do you think?

Breakfast:
• Bagel with low fat cream cheese
• Cereal with skimmed milk
• Omelette with sun dried tomatoes (low carb day)
• Porridge with apple, cinnamon and a tbsp honey
• Rindless bacon sarnie

Lunch:
• Chicken/Lean beef/sausage casserole
• Soup
• Lentil and bacon stew
• Mug shots
• Bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon
• Salad (low carb day)

Snacks:
• Low fat/homemade yoghurt
• One -100 calorie sweet treat
• Fruit
• Carrot sticks and low fat hummus

Dinner: Whatever Mum makes-it’s usually healthy. Minus carbs if on a low carb day.

    A mug shot is a bit like a pot noodle but they are small enough to fit into a mug and less calorific!

    I would add almonds,walnuts,small salads with meals,granola,fruit along with your cereal. I notice I lose more if I snack between meals.
