Sometimes I'm not successful, but most of the time I just tell my self, "you don't need it you fat *kitten*", and then I just go to bed. I find sleeping is the best way for me not to snack at that point. :laugh: :laugh:

your weight will fluctuate. Some times I think there's no way I lost weight this week and bam 4 lbs gone. and others I think man I kicked *kitten* this week and nothin. It just happens the trick to this is to be consistant and to log everything. if you're consistant the results will come in the long run.

6'1" started 1/23/12 at 320 today 207, been as low as 204. Did C25K, enjoyed it, and will be doing my first 5K the first weekend of March. Good luck man. Stay consistant.

She's done very well. lost over 90 lbs. She just doesn't take time to post that kind of stuff. I'm more extraverted than she is. Without her though I would not have been this successful.

I stayed consistant. I've logged in every day since joining. I log everything I eat or drink that has calories in it to the best of my abilities. OH Hell yeah. 108 down and can't freaking wait for the warm temps to come back. Hoodie weather has now become coat weather for sure.
