  • The best exercise I have found is swimming ..light elliptical is all right, too. Minimize long walks.They seem to stress the hip joints. Of course this all depends on your trigger points. Best of luck with mfp.

They keep wanting to slip me into the Fibromyalgia category...all the trigger points are "hot"...but it figures that they would be anyway when I'm sleep deprived most of the time.
