day 2 i worked late and couldnt do any excercise but did extra on day 3. Im sore! but happy. This is so much more motivating than doing it on my own

This happens to me too! Usually after I've stopped my regime for a while. So just keep going and make sure your doing plenty of cardio as well as strength training. I agree with measuring yourself over weighing. SO many factors can make us go up in weight for a bit, ie hormones/water retention. Give it time! :)

Start running it helps heaps with cellulite and just keep plugging away at it. Theres no quick fix, its a lifestyle thing. Make sure when you do your cardio you are getting your heart pumping and sweating heaps. have fun and don't stress!
