I'm going to try to do 20g of carbs again..but it only seems like I can stay on it for only a week and then I cave in so I may try to up it a little but haven't decided yet. LCHF is low carb, high fat with moderate protein.

Are you just doing low carb or LCHF? I'm starting over AGAIN on LCHF on Monday..so i'm in. I just don't have any good ideas of things to eat, i'm to lazy so I eat pretty plain at the moment.

Thanks for the input! I may not have my macros set the right way, but I hope they are somewhat correct, maybe I will try to lower my carbs later, seeing how this goes for now.

Right now I have my macros set at 20 carb, 40 fat, 40 protein. (I opened my dairy) I'm sure i'm not doing things right but, I guess I will learn as I go. I feel ya! i'm so getting angry. I'm not losing anything 3 people have tried to help me and it's still not working, thinking of lower my cal. intake just a bit, I just don't know what to do?

I'm in the same dang boat! I don't eat the best, but then I have seen ppl on here eat like me and still lose and I know I should exercise more, but I can't..i'm going low impact aerobics, dancing to fast music and walking. I have lost 11 pounds since Jan 8th., but I keep losing and gaining the same pound or two now.

I started MFP Jan. 8th and just went by the numbers that MFP gave me, some ran my numbers for me in Feb. and she said I should be eating about 1700. I did that for a month and then about 2 weeks ago I moved them to 1665. There are some days I can't hit 1665 like today..i'm trying but my food choice today is not the best.

I feel the same way! I'm sure every person that started here had a question or two..that's how we learn about MFP. If the rude people don't want to answer our questions then they need to MOVE ON..don't read our questions..simple as that! and I agree, if someone is being rude...hide them/block them!
