I'm going to put my hooping down as aerobic exercise, probably light. I don't know how much harder wii super hula hoop is.

I hula hoop and love it. I have a weighted on but it has water in it. I took a class in Maine and the instructor made them. I've just started up again because my tummy seems to be growing and I don't like it. I need to alternate my exercises.

Trader Joe's food that I normally wouldn't eat. I sample it and buy it. Then at home, I ask myself why I bought it. It's usually organic junk food.

My diary is open because I have nothing to be ashamed of. If I eat something bad, oh well, it's my body and I'm doing good. I like seeing other people's diaries because it gives me ideas. Like someone eats Luna Bars and thought that would be a good snack for those on the go days.

I agree with everyone, but come back so when you get to that goal, you can maintain the weight. It's so easy to gain it all back. Once I get to my goal, I want to stay here so I can maintain the weight.

I am fortunate to have a Trader Joe's in my area. I never realized how much cheaper they are then my local grocery store. I buy as much as I can there and then my grocery store. I eat clean just about every day, except on cheat night but it's still good. I buy most of my food at Trader Joe's because it is less expensive and there's a lot of good stuff there.
