I love the Quest Protein bars. If you heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds they taste much better. I love the PB&J and Apple Pie flavors. I order them from www.questproteinbar.com/ or you can buy them in nutrition stores.

There is a very large Snickers bar in my freezer. It has been there since Xmas and I am waiting until I reach my goal to eat it. Hope my SO doesn't decide to grab it first.

Great job, you look awesome!!! I have stopped weighing myself everyday and now do it once a week. I am happier with the way my clothes fit and the amount of exercise i can do. The scale is only one portion of this journey and should not be the final judge.

My doctor told me recently that I can have up to 4000mg of sodium if I drink plenty of water. I normally have around 2K/day but wanted to know if I go over if it was okay. I drink 8-13 glasses of water everyday, higher on workout days.:drinker:

Baby steps, keep trying and you will do a little better each time.I also started doing Pilates six weeks ago and I am now…
