I take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with Mothers every morning and this has helped with the acid reflux.

The sushi place we go to will do the Sashimi bowls with bean sprouts instead of the rice and it is really yummy.

I just finished the 1st week of Couch to 5K and in one week I have lost one full inch in my waist. My weight has stayed about the same but I am sure it will start going down soon.

I too was taking Dexilant twice a day, I started consuming 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and have not had to take the medication anymore. I don't know if it is a combination of changing my diet or the Vinegar, but I am going to keep it up, because Acid reflux bites!!

You can Google C5K, and there are alot of different programs you can use. I just started this the other day and I am going to try my first 5K at the end of April. First make sure you purchase a good pair of running shoes.

I agree, I am 5'2" and I would wear a bikini at 119lbs. I am currently at 145lbs. and I wear one now, you just have to be comfortable in your own skin. Go for it.

I have two motivations right now. I want to look good when I look in the mirror and get use out of my new somewhat expensive running shoes.

I do have the same problem after about 3 weeks it did level out for me. Now if I eat greasy or fried I have the previous problem.
