Getting back on track is my #1 Goal for Sept To do that I will log into MFP daily AND Get on my bike 3 times a week...

I like the 8am to 4pm time frame for eating.... Although the it's 9 30 now and I'm hungry but heading to bed... I wake up early and the little exercise I do is in in the am so need the calories then to motivate myself... Only been doing this a week or so but your success motivates me... Thanks!

Hi all! Tried to read this entire stream since Jan 1 - but way too much! Great motivating ideas though I'm a returning MFP member - lost 12 lbs of 60 or so I need to lose last Fall and gained it all over the holidays COMMITTED to never letting that happen again - back on track - day 5 - Slipped a bit last night but Logged…

On this beautiful 7th day of January, I am grateful for so much - a wonderful yet exhausting holiday week with family and my one grandchild who is now finally talking - Love it when she says "Gandma" I am grateful I've had 3 solid days of success on Fitnesspal - Grateful for my health - my friends - my time to meditate -…

New or Returning I should say - I'm just beginning to verbalize or document my goals for January - but they're exactly like Mxchana above - I liove the term "Higher Consciousness" I've been trying just the same - Although no hypnosis ~ wouldn't mind hearing more about that! And wondering about TDEE that DREAM-ON…

All great advice! Some of us though are not as regimented or as organized... I'm afraid I fall into that pattern... But if I do forget to log at night I go back the next day and fill in the info - Trying to be honest with myself this time around... But it is a DO-ABLE thing - so I commit now to log in at night - and…

This may be JUST what I need today to make it thru the day....Love the idea....Working towards ONE PERFECT Day!

AWESOME stories but what is NSV???? I get the gist that it is a success story... I am visiting my son who lives in San Pedro Ca in an area overlooking the ocean with hills like I've NEVER seen... even scary to drive over, but now I walk them - and manage not to pass out as I crest the hill... Getting better every day!!!

A job WELL DONE!!! GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!!!

OMG Congrats to all... You're really a success when the scale doesn't have good news but you're all weighing in and tracking again... Success has been in your past and Success is sure to be in your future... I am new to this group but I plan on being here next Wed with my results! I have been tracking for 10 days now…

Hey with your success and your recommendation - I'm heading out to EBAY and see if I can find them!! CONGRATS!
-
I have to chime in and agree... I am noticing even now as I try to log in foods, I'm forgetting things - Tonight I had chili and forgot to add the grated cheese and sour cream I put on top - Those items add up - Try it for a month and see what happens - And connecting with friends here helps as well!
-
Welcome back! I too am back after 2 months of sinful carelessness.. Not focusing on the damage I did but how helpful MFP was in the past.... This time I'm reaching GOAL by November!!
-
Honest to goodness - You ARE an inspiration - and I need an inspiration today - Thanks!!

Funny how a post from one person can help so many more ! We all struggle and we all forget the positives we've managed to attain because of commitment - Thanks for reminding ME as I've had a bad week and just back here - Hoping I am here again tomorrow! I do find that's my best insurance for success! One day at time - and…

WOW - Fun Post - Congrats to all - Noticing though that you're all younger - As you age, weight loss in your face takes its toll with wrinkles - But bring those wrinkles on! I'm ready for them - So when I have a weight loss that shows up in my face - I'll be posting too...
-
I log in every week - loss or gain - so far losses - I have to admit when I don't lose I wait 2 days and weigh again - So far I've only logged in losses but if a gain happens, it happens....

Very well said - informative - but depressing ! I'm off to see if the Wild Yam Gel is worth trying.... I've been at this for over 8 weeks now ... and only 11 pounds down - tomorrow is weigh in day - I keep putting it off - Truth is I have slipped a bit but if I ate this well 30 years ago the weight would be dripping off....
-
Congrats on all the milestones!!! Good for you!!!!!
