I think 1200 is way too low, thats what MFP had me on originally. It's too hard to each the right foods at that low of calories. I put mine at 1600, I still lose a little bit every month but it is slower. However, Im happier and less obsessive over every single bite.

Pouring milk means you can eat cereal! Eat something high in fiber or protein. Kelloggs All-Bran is pretty good

Looks good! I'd suggest eating more often (same amount just throughout the day instead of 3 meals) and make sure to start eating early in the morning to get your metabolism going!

I may be incorrect but as far as I know you cant absorb the calories from alcohol out with food. You can absorb the alcohol so you are less hungover with things like bread or my personal fav- cheerios, but the calories count no matter what you eat with your drinks

I will have to try it with almond milk. I looked up some recipes and it seems no one likes the vanilla (because it overpowers any fruit it is blended with). Next time I will go for the chocolate!

I do the same kind of thing. My theory is that we never hear of people gaining weight from too much food so maybe fruit sugar doesn't count in the same way. Though I could be wrong...

I know the feeling. But I have found when Im getting super stressed, getting an hour of intense exercise really helps. Plus finding healthy snacks to chop on during studying helps- plain popcorn, grapes, etc. Also, if I go to a library to study, then I'm less likely to mindless munch.

Yea, I wear long leggings. And then long sleeve under armor type shirt with a sweater over. That way if you get hot, you can take off the sweater and tie it around your waist so it wont get in the way. If your moving fast enough, your legs shouldn't get too cold.

If you used to drink a lot of sodas, then it could be a caffeine headache. One way to combat this is to drink tea or black coffee (caffeine itself isn't bad for you, it's all the other bad stuff that's typically in a drink with caffeine.)
