So i started watching what i am eating, how much i am eating and drinking as well. i have also started ti do some light exercise as well to help out. this app tells me i am to eat no more then about 2040 cals a day, which i have no problem doing, but ever since i started this i have been having headaches every day in the middle of the day. has anyone been experancing this or have heard of this? anything would be appreciated, thanks.

If you used to drink a lot of sodas, then it could be a caffeine headache. One way to combat this is to drink tea or black coffee (caffeine itself isn't bad for you, it's all the other bad stuff that's typically in a drink with caffeine.)0
