Help

I've been working out since 2009. I've used test etc in the past and always stayed tight and really fit. I've been all natural for the last two years and doing good but enjoy the big pecs and arms, but tired of the gut. So really been working on my diet. I eat as healthy as you can and I stay bloated. I've laid off milk, and anything that I feel like causes me to swell, but I still bloat. I take gas pills and if I don't take one after every meal I bloat. Could it be my protein shakes? I'm gonna list the foods I eat, so you'll understand why I'm so frustrated.

Apples
Peanut butter
Egg whites
Pinto Beans
Green beans
Green peas
Sliced carrots
Oatmeal
Chicken
Tuna
Talapia
Pineapple
Peaches
Cottage cheese
Steak
Greek yogurt

I know certain fruits can cause bloating but if its bothering you that bad, I would say talk to your Dr. Probably the best thing.

could be allergies, do you use protein powder at all? a lot of fiber can actually cause bloat - don't exceed 45-60

just saw the answer to my protein powder question - yes it could be. you just have to do trial and error. eliminate things one at a time and see whats up. you can also try apple cider vinegar and pro-biotics

are you putting a lot of salt on?

The other thing is that you may have an allergy to one or more of those foods causing your stomach to inflame.

Thanks for all the responses. I just bought apple cider vinegar, just haven't drink any of it yet. I've been doing trial and error and the dairy could be the problem, but don't wanna make a decision based one or two days worth of research if that's what you want to call it. I use muscle milk protein powder.
