  • Thank you for the replies. Was thinking exercise might help with the recovery mentally. Will wait 2 weeks then book an appointment with my doctor to check im healing and then discuss it with them. Just dont want to sit around the house thinking about it too much, want to try and get back to some sort of normality asap.…

  • I just got married nearly two weeks ago, and i did change my last name. We already have a little girl and i gave her his lastname. I see it as us becoming our own little family, see it as respectful and apart of getting married. Saying that i dont have any ties to my dad so i dont see my last name as a big deal xx

  • I went on the dep from he age of 18 til 21 had no periods and no weight gain. I went back on it at age 26 after having a baby and again no periods and no weight gain (infact im now on this ive lost weight) its not for everyone but i love it x
