you'll be totally ok. first dont weigh yourself tomorrow because the number might be higher temporarily and that might be discouraging. Best thing to do is not let the guilt of today mess up your tomorrow. just wake up and begin again. oh and enjoy being wonderfully full! ;)

i used to have a personal trainer and he always said for weight loss and muscle building you want high protein. ex: 60 percent protein 30 carbs 10 fat....more protein is deffinatly better then not enough in my opinion but ultimatly the decission is up to you...

your not doing anything wrong as long as your eating enough. thats the key once you dip below thats when problems happen...excersize helps also if your eating really healthy u can have a small treat once in a while...make it fun!

weight training adds muscle which will increase your weight or in the lease result in no weight loss. the true determinant would be a body fat test. I've used tons of different cardio machines and no matter how hard I work they consistently are A LOT lower on their calorie burned results then MFP is. Regardless of the accuracy I deffinatly dont think you need to eat every last calorie you've burned as that seems rather redundant. A better bet is to make sure your net…
