I used to run when I was in the Army. I've been a non-runner for many years now. so I'm using the Active couch to 5 k program to get back into it :)

Book your time after the kiddo is in bed. My kids are in bed by 8 and I pop in my dvd and do my 30-60 minute work out, and I'm done.

they are probably thinking you'll go back to how you are eating, which is the higher level of calories that you ate to gain the weight. not that you'll go back to eating what you should be eating for the weight you are at.

I try to exercise 7 days a week. but if I have to miss I have to miss. I do feel a little down/icky about it, but I try to not beat myself up. I always eat within my caolories allowed no matter what

I wear 2. a regular bra with underwire (un lined, but thicker matereal) and then I wear a chamption sports bra over it. I find that gives me the best support, and helps with the uniboob issue that I can' stand.

I usually don't give anything up for lent, but challenge myself to do more during lent.

I always log everything, even if it's just a quick count of over all calories and manually entered.

I always log as it goes in, even if it comes back up (and it has, lets face it, we all get sick from time to time ;) )

I did it before, but honestly with MFP being FREE and working, I won't pay for WW again. plus you can do this forever, with WW you never know how many points, you have to let them tell youfor daily goal) and you have to use a calculator to calculate. sure it works, but ultimatly they are out to make money
