  • I went 4 years without a period due to over exercising and under eating, but I went to Dr. s a few times about this and they didn't see it as a big deal. I just all the sudden got them again and have been mostly regular lately. I think it does have something to do with your body adapting to the new lifestyle. I think for…

  • I do not have experience with the Mirena IUD personally, but really want it :) It is quite expensive. I have researched it a lot though and other options as well. My doctor told me that the Mirena IUD is not systemic so it doesn't affect any other part of the body besides your uterus and that small area where it is…
  • Lol my hubby looks at me like I have a disease haha :p but not for serious.. all in fun... he just doesn't sweat like I do. He also doesn't work out like I do either :). • It is true... everyday is a new opportunity to start all over again. When I get into those modes, I think the best way is to get a good work out in and push yourself and at the end you will feel motivated to follow your plan to meet your goals. Just think that today you can have a bad day or a great day and it is your…
  • I really like the "thinkthin" bars and they are very low carb. These are my favorite. It comes in Peanut butter and Brownie Crunch and Fudge. It has 240 cals and 20 grams of protein and just a few carbs. I also really like the Zone bars and Luna bars. I just get whatever is on sale though and is low cal and full of protein.
  • I am in a similar situation as everyone here in this thread. I am 5' 10" and right now at 142. I would like to be 130-135, but I feel pretty good. I have weighed as little as 117, but that is way too low and everyone looked at me like I had a disease. I have struggled with an eating disorder (bulimia), but that actually…
