I have made a TON of recipes from www.peasandthankyou.com I LOVE them, and I really am not vegetarian. I did do the vegan thing for about a month and I really liked it. In addition to the site, the blogger has a book that is amazing!

I would like to weigh in on Mondays if that is ok with everyone. I think Monday makes you more accountable for what you eat on the weekend. I did weigh in however today though, because I started the 17 day diet today! My current weight is 210

I use a HRM. Sometimes, I burn over 700 cals an hour, sometimes, like tonight, I only burned 335 in about 35 minutes. I didn't work too hard tonight.. lol
