That's impressive. I have a hard time eating more than 3K and I weigh 180.

Paperboy. Little to no pay, worked 7 days a week. People that didn't pay for their paper still got to complain about not getting it and rack up negative "complaints". I'm not surprised at all that kids no longer deliver them...

You want to lose 15 pounds over what period of time? What are you eating (can't see you diary)? The additional cardio you are adding to you plan may be counterproductive...

45 minutes of heavy lifting 3 days a week. I always look forward to my workouts.

Excess cardio can be counterproductive if your goal is recomposition.

With OHP, hand position is key. Check out some instructional videos on youtube. Also, a form check video would be helpful. I'm going to guess that your hands are too close together because of the eye level stalling, but without seeing it it's impossible to tell.

If you are looking to food for comfort, you might want to remove all of the easy convenience (Read: JUNK) food from your kitchen/pantry. After all of the junk is cleared, buy only what you really need in fresh vegetables and proteins. I don't know anything about your particular dietary needs, but you might want to look…

I worked at Buca (as a WA) for some time. I have no idea what your goals are, but I will say... Just enjoy the evening out, focus on the diet any other day of the year. Happy birthday!

Doesn't exist, not even possible in cost effective amounts. Nothing to see here...

Weight shouldn't be the number you're looking for, it's actual body composition that matters.

I have a few suggestions: 1. Don't eat back calories 2. Shift your protein macro target up to either 1g/lb. of bodyweight (130grams) or 30-40% of your intake. 3. Set your TDEE somewhere near 1700 calories.

On rest days (low carb) Polly-O fat free cottage cheese with two scoops of truetein cinnabun. On workout days, I enjoy licorice and lots of oats with brown sugar.

What's your current lean body mass. If these macros are for a sustained period, you will need a carbohydrate refeed. Also, a target of 50 grams of carbs can be a chore/pain to endure.

Fall in love with cottage cheese. It's great with a little fresh fruit or (any)nut butter.

What are your goals?

IMO, lift heavy and eat. Don't worry about your weight at that age... Also, you're too light to be concerned with shedding weight.

How much do you currently weigh? What do you do for exercise and work?

Have you checked out the BBC series "Secret Eaters" ? http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL85231D0F6E025D19

You haven't said anything about what your current stats are... Not enough information.

Maybe you'll make excellent progress, she'll see the difference, and will follow and/or join you...? The social aspect of health improvement is underrated.

How frequently are you doing the HIIT?

Assuming you're actually eating at the 1300 cal target, and hitting the macros you defined, you should be losing at least 1 pound per week. it might be a good time to take a diet break (http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/the-full-diet-break.html). As alw141 mentioned, you may be going through a process of body…

Calves are sexy. Show me a bulky set calves as an example...
