Allergies-Is there anything that I can have?

I'm allergic to fish, shellfish, and iodine, I can't really take multi-vitamins because of the iodine, I was looking into shakeology, but again, iodine...Is there anything out there that someone can recommend? I would like to do something like a shakeology, but without the stuff I'm allergic to. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

It would probably be easier for you to just eat real food instead of using a shake due to allergies. A shake won't do anything extra for you that real food won't do.

If you really want to drink a shake blend up a greek yogurt (not sure if it contains iodine so check that) with some milk/almond milk/soy milk/juice and some fruit and ice.

They make vitamins without iodine. If you search Google, you can find them.

If you really need to do a shake, maybe try help powder or rice protein powder to other stuff (milk, juice, almond milk, coconut milk) you can tolerate.

Real food beats those shake-y things any day as far as I'm concerned. Eat food!
