Yesterday I finished day 7 of level one!!!! I have been going every day strong! Today I'm draaaaaaaagging. I always complete my workout after work, but it is super rainy and dreary which leaves me feeling quite unmotivated. HELP! Push me! With the 30 day shred and a healthy diet, I have lost 6 lbs so far!

From what I understand, muscle weighs more than fat and muscle burns fat. You gain muscle then that burns the fat, so exactly - it will show eventually. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Apparently, you are supposed to eat your exercise calories because it helps your metabolism. That is what I have read through other forums on mfp. It is hard to eat them all usually!

I work with two girls that do fitness competitions (which is like a hot version of body building), and neither one of them have had periods for about a year! So... I have always had huge thighs and I am SICK of them rubbing together. I know I have lots of trimming to do all over my body, but what is the best way to focus on that part? Besides cardio. That might be an irritation from the pressure you're putting on your feet. I had that happen to me a few times when I'd go walking. I'm not positive what causes it, but they do have inserts for tennies, which could be helpful! That extra padding would make a difference and not break the bank. :smile: hope that helps
