First of all, welcome! This is a great place for motivation as well as information. First of all, how tall are you? I would look so silly if I was 115, but I guess that might be a height thing. Good luck on your journey to come :) Have you tried munching on nuts and things like that? Pack a baggie of them in your purse…

Welcome and good luck! Turn on your email notifications so that you can't ignore messages ;) Go ahead and add me as a friend if you need more support!

Good luck! You have a really good view of why you want to drop the pounds...just keep it in mind, and you can do anything you want! Feel free to add me as a friend.

Feel free to add me as well! I have been here for 15 days and I'm also looking for friends who are on most days and for motivation! Good luck!

You've done it before...you'll do it again! Stick with it, and remember that your job is only part of your life (even though a chunk of time, I realize). Good luck, and if you are wanting some friends to help with accountability and motivation, feel free to add me!

Mackenzie River (a Montana pizza place). They have the BEST house salad with grape nuts, pears, and a house vinaigrette. Delicious and pretty descent except I always get half an order of lodgepoles (cheese bread) with it!

Carbs and I....have a love/hate relationship. I decided I will not give up bread and pasta, but I limit myself to one pasta meal a week, and it actually tastes better that way so far! I will never fully cut them out because I know I would go off the wagon soooo quickly.

Seattle is the BEST for food! Luckily, it is easy to do a lot of walking around there as well. I always hit up Ivars and get clam chowder and a whole dungeness crab with sooooo much butter. Best.Meal.Ever! I hope you at least had fun ;)

I have had two days in the red since I started (mind you, that was only 14 days ago)...I was in the red by 557 calories and 14. I don't consider that a terrible day since my week was still under, and I don't think it really made a change to my weight loss goals. I do, however, know when I am going to have a TERRIBLE day. I…

Haha, your humor is great! Stick with it this time...I think most of us have a million of excuses that have been used. A lot of them were probably legit, but this is all about taking your life that you own and making it better. Good luck this time around :)

Welcome, and good luck! Keep up with tracking and it will start to fall off before you know it! Do you have the phone app? It's wonderful as a constant reminder! I never go anywhere without my phone, so now, I never go anywhere without my calorie counter.

We are almost wedding buddies! I am June 22, 2013 :) We can do it!

I am a huge wine fan! It is really hard, but I found most wines scan into the calorie counter...and I got a measurer for it and just keep track. I actually found that I enjoy it more if I limit myself to one (okay, maybe one and a half) glasses every few days with a meal. I find that planning which meal I want to have my…

Thanks everyone! It's great to see some other people with my same motivation! I forgot to mention my goals! I WILL get down at least 50 lbs before my wedding, and 100 would be idea. (I am at 258.5 right now)...my picture is from six years ago, and I am using it as inspiration for where I want to get back to and even pass.
